It is a good option for breakfast with homemade granola.
Tropical Fruits and Cardamom Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Yield: 2 servings Easy Time: 20 minutes
1/2 cup chopped pineapple 1 cup chopped mango 1 cup chopped banana nanica 1 cup of coconut milk 4 anise starry 6 cardamoms (internal seeds)
Cook all the ingredients over low heat until the fruits are tender and the mixture has a creamy texture;
Remove the star anise and mix everything in a blender. It's ready!
You don't need to cook the fruits before blend them, but making this and eating the smoothie warm facilitates the digestion of it, mainly during cold weather, according to Ayurveda;
