Yam Puree Recipe
Vegan, lactose free and gluten free.
Serves: 2 persons
Time: 10 minutes
2 medium yams Seasonings (hint: zaatar, oregano, parsley, chives, leeks ...) olive oil and salt to taste
Wash the yams; Cook them in a pressure cooker with the peel for about 5 minutes; Remove the peel and mash them still hot ; Add salt, olive oil and spices and return to the pan to heat if necessary. Ready!
This is suitable for everybody and is especially suitable for people in anti toxins diet, with low immune resistance and to pacify vata dosha.
