Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal Porridge
Yield: 1 serving Easy Time: 5 minutes
1 cup coconut milk (or other nondairy milk) 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder Sugar to taste (brown sugar, coconut sugar, demerara sugar, cane syrup or dates paste) 2 star anise 2 cloves 1 stick cinnamon Nuts
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the oatmeal is cooked and the mixture is creamy. It's ready! Put the nuts and eat it warm.
