Homemade Granola Recipe

 

Yield: 7 servings
Easy
Time: 40 minutes

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup rolled oats
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Grated nutmeg to taste
2 tablespoons sunflower oil (or coconut oil)
3 tablespoons sugar cane syrup
1/4 cup of nuts and seeds to choose

 

Directions

 

  1. Mix all ingredients, except nuts and bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes, mixing occasionally;

  2. Add the nuts and bake for 10 minutes more. It's ready!

 

 

Tips

 

  1. You do not need to preheat the oven;

  2. When you remove the granola from the oven, it will still be soft, but will harden when cool;

  3. Keep it in a tightly sealed jar.
