Oatmeal Sunflower Vegan Cookies


Vegan Gluten Free Cookies

This is a vegan and gluten-free version of the traditional soft cookies made with butter, eggs and white flour, with the advantage of not containing these ingredients.

Oatmeal Sunflower Vegan Cookies Recipe

Yield: 7 small cookies Difficulty: Easy Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if desired) 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup brown sugar (approx. 37g) 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 pinch of clove powder 1 pinch of nutmeg 1 pinch of sea salt 1/2 tsp natural vanilla essence 2 tsp sunflower oil (or coconut oil) Water 10g dark chocolate to decorate

Directions

  1. Blend together the oats and the sunflower seeds until they become a flour;

  2. Mix with remaining ingredients. Put the water one by one teaspoon until enough;

  3. Mold the cookis and place them on a greased baking sheet;

  4. Put the chopped chocolate to decorate;

  5. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you want them crispy, leave for more time baking. Ready!

Information

Each cookie made with one tablespoon measuring has about 5 grams of sugar, not counting the amount of sugar of the chocolate you choose. Remember not to consume more sugar than recommended by WHO, 25g per day. Tip: Do not eat it all by yourself, share it with those who you love. :)
