Raw Brownie in the Pot

A simple and healthy dessert made with natural ingredients.

This recipe is vegan, raw, sugar, lactose and gluten free.

Serves: 3 persons Difficulty: easy Time: 30 minutes for soaking + 10 minutes to prepare


1/2 cup dried dates 1/4 cup Brazil nuts 2 tbsp sunflower seed 1 tbsp flaxseed 2 tsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp natural vanilla extract (optional) 1 pinch of cardamom powder (optional) 1 pinch of sea salt Cocoa powder and Brazil nuts to decorate


  1. Soak dates in water until soft;

  2. Chop a 3 nuts and set aside;

  3. Grind the rest of the nuts and seed to develop into a flour;

  4. In blender or food processor, beat the hydrated and drained date with vanilla and up to 2 tablespoons of water to ease the process until the dough becomes homogeneous;

  5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well;

  6. Put the mixture into pots and decorate as you wish;

  7. Refrigerate it to get firmer.

It's ready!
