Avocado Cocoa Mousse

The avocado is the responsible for mousse being so creamy. This fruit very nutritious and beneficial for our body. Its consumption is associated with decreased blood pressure, inflammation and arthritis and increased fertility.

Avocado Cacao Mousse Recipe

Vegan, lactose-free and gluten free.

Serves: 2 persons Difficulty: Easy Time: 5 minutes


1 small avocado 3 tbsp cane syrup 3 tsp cocoa powder; 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)


  1. Open the avocado and remove the pulp;

  2. Blend all ingredients together using a liquidificador until the cream becomes smooth and shiny. It's ready!


  1. Adjust the amount according to your taste.

  2. The cane syrup can be replaced by coconut sugar, brown sugar...


Decreases vata and pitta doshas and increases Kapha dosha. For Vata, avoid consuming in cold weather.
