Avocado Cacao Mousse Recipe
Vegan, lactose-free and gluten free.
Serves: 2 persons
Time: 5 minutes
1 small avocado
3 tbsp cane syrup
3 tsp cocoa powder;
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Open the avocado and remove the pulp;
Blend all ingredients together using a liquidificador until the cream becomes smooth and shiny. It's ready!
Adjust the amount according to your taste.
The cane syrup can be replaced by coconut sugar, brown sugar...
Decreases vata and pitta doshas and increases Kapha dosha.
For Vata, avoid consuming in cold weather.
