This is a delicious and simple bread recipe. It can be made both using a bread machine or manually. With the machine is a easier way to prepare, but making by hand the bread gets better.

Lactose-free and vegan.

DIrections (By Hand)

  1. Add the ingredients to a bowl in the following order: flour, seeds, yeast and salt;

  2. Mix well the dry ingredients while heating the water to a temperature you can keep your finger submerged (neither too hot nor too cold);

  3. Add the oil, the cane syrup and the warm water;

  4. Mix well with your hands and knead the dough for a moment;

  5. Make a ball with the dough and let it sit inside the bowl with a lid to grow until it doble the size (approximately 1 hour);
