Refreshing Mango Smoothie


I love the juice my Yoga teacher, Ângela Marah, prepares with this ingredients. So this juice was inspired on hers.

Serves: about 4 cups

Difficulty: easy

Tempo: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 mango

1 green coconut water

500 ml sugar cane juice

1 lemon juice

ice

1 pinch of cardamom (optional)

Directions

Blend together all ingredients and drink. If you think necessary, strain it before.

Ayurveda

Refreshing beverage, better to be consumed during hot days or summer.

Decreases pitta and vata and increases kapha dosha.
