Banana and Cinnamon Cake
A good option for when you have very ripe bananas at home.
This is a vegan and free of refined sugar recipe.
Serves: 6 persons Difficulty: easy Time: 1 hour
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup white flour 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 pinch of sea salt 1/4 cup sunflower oil (or another one) 1 cup of water at room temperature 1 large ou 2 small ripe banana
Ingredients to cover
About 2 large ou 4 small bananas Brown sugar Cinnamon powder
Combine all the dry cake ingredients and then the liquids. Finally, add the mashed banana. Grease a baking sheet, put the cake mix and then cover with sliced bananas and sprinkle brown sugar and a little cinnamon. Baking in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes or until bake. Let it cool, cut and serve. Good appetite!
