Agar Agar, Sugar Cane Juice and Mint Gelatin Recipe
Serves: 4 persons

1 ts agar-agar powder
2 cups of natural sugar cane juice (without added fruit juices)
Fresh mint to taste
1/4 squeezed lemon (optional)
Blend sugar cane juice with mint.
Mix the juice with the agar agar and cook, which will be finished after approximately 3 minutes from the beginning of the boil, mixing.
After turning off the heat, immediately add the lemon, mix, put in molds and refrigerate to accelerate the hardening process.
- Prefer to buy agar with color as white as possible.
